From the 1 January 2025 for bookings made 120 days in advance you will have a 5% discount.

ADVANCE BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
To enjoy the "Advance Booking" rates you must book at least 120 days before the date of the service.
It is also required to pay a deposit of 20%.
Only in the case of cancelling your booking 21 days before your arrival you can use the account deposit for another booking until 1 year.
If your booking will be cancelled 20 days before your arrival the amount of the account deposit remains to the hotel.
